Envolve Capital marks first fund exit with Modus Renewable Energy Lithuanian Investments

Envolve Capital is proud to announce its first successful fund exit, marking a significant milestone for the firm. The operational solar PV assets in Lithuania, held by Modus Renewable Energy Lithuanian Investments – a subfund of Modus Renewable Energy Fund I, an alternative investment fund for professional investors launched in 2019, have been exited and proceeds returned to investors.

Over the six-year life of the Fund, investors achieved a realized return of 12.2% net IRR, including strong cash yield, underscoring the Fund’s effective strategy and disciplined execution.

Povilas Pečiulis, CEO of Envolve Capital, commented on the milestone:

“This exit is an important moment for our team. As the first fund launched by Envolve Capital, it represents a full-cycle achievement – from launch to strategy execution, exit, and wind-down. It’s a clear demonstration of our capability to deliver value across the entire investment process.”

This exit reflects Envolve Capital’s continued focus on generating attractive returns while contributing to the region’s energy transition process through investments in renewable infrastructure.
