Povilas Pečiulis has over 20 years of experience in finance, investments, and renewable energy. Povilas is the Managing Director of Envolve Capital, responsible for the company’s strategic direction, team building, investment fund development, and implementation.
Before joining Envolve Capital, Povilas was the CFO of Modus Group and headed the corporate transactions team. Modus Group is an international group of companies currently operating in 12 European markets. The Group’s business spans renewable energy, mobility services, automotive, and investment fund management company Envolve Capital.
Most of Povilas’ previous experience is closely related to the energy sector, having worked for EY Business Advisory Services and Swedbank.
Povilas graduated from Vilnius University with a degree in economics and then furthered his knowledge by studying executive studies at the Singularity Division of the American University in Vilnius.
With more than 13 years of experience in transactions, valuation, and modeling, Donatas Kundrotas leads investment activities at Envolve Capital, including investment strategy, fund management, mergers and acquisitions, bank financing.
Before joining Envolve Capital, Donatas was Head of M&A at Modus Group (2 years) and Financial Advisory Manager at Deloitte (8 years), advising private equity and strategic clients on business transactions.
Donatas is a CFA charterholder since 2014. He holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics (2010) and an executive MBA from BMI Executive Institute (2017).
Oleg Martyniuk has more than 12 years of management experience. At Envolve Capital, Oleg maintains relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Oleg is also a Modus Group Management Board member responsible for the automotive business. Previously, he led the Group’s automotive, parking, and mobility companies, ensuring the rapid growth of these sectors.
Oleg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics (2010) and a Master’s degree from St. He also has Master’s degree in Economics from St. Andrews University (2013) and Executive Studies from IMD and Singularity University.
Kamilė has more than 12 years of experience in investment management and investor relations and leads the fundraising and investor relations at Envolve Capital.
Before joining Modus Asset Management, Kamile was Head of Investor relations at INVL Asset Management and senior analyst at Nasdaq, consulting listed European large corporates on their IR programs. Kamile also has alternative investment fund research experience with Lloyds Bank in New York City.
Kamile holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vilnius University (2011), and Master’s of Corporate Finance from Lund University in Sweden (2012).
Vytenis has over 10 years of experience in M&A transactions, valuation, and modeling. His main responsibilities at Envolve Capital are fund management, valuation and modeling, M&A transactions, bank financing.
Previously, held position of Strategy and Transactions Manager at EY.
Vytenis graduated in Economics from the University of Amsterdam (2012) and became the CFA charterholder at the CFA Institute (2019). He also holds a financial broker license.
Marius has more than 12 years of professional experience in transactions, valuation, and modeling. Applying this experience at Envolve Capital, his main responsibilities include fund management, valuation and modeling, mergers & acquisitions, bank financing, fundraising.
Previously, he worked for 1.5 years as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Modus Group. He also worked in investment banking at Swedbank and management consulting at Civitta.
Marius is CFA accredited since 2022. He graduated in Economics from Vilnius University (2015) and holds a Master’s in Business Law from Mykolas Romeris University (2011).
Aleks has more than 5 years of experience in private company valuation, pricing of various financial instruments, financial data analysis, and risk assessment. His main responsibilities at Envolve Capital include valuation and modeling, analysis of the macroeconomic environment, implementation of mergers & acquisitions, coordination and supervision of due diligence processes.
Previously, he worked as a valuation specialist at Swedbank Robur, financial data analyst at Moody’s Investors Service, and KYC specialist at Swedbank Lithuania.
Aleks is a CFA charterholder since 2022. He graduated in Finance from Vilnius University (2019).
Aurimas has over 10 years of experience in sales and business development, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and cultivating client relationships within the power purchase agreement (PPA) market. His main responsibilities at Envolve Capital include finding, negotiating, and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential clients.
Previously, he worked as a sales project manager and sales team leader at Elektrum Lietuva.
Aurimas holds a Bachelor of History from the University of Vilnius (2013).
With more than 7 years of experience in the field of sustainability, Ieva Punytė coordinates the implementation of ESG in the funds’ activities at Envolve Capital.
Ieva holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Leiden University in the Netherlands (2015) and a Master’s in Economics and Development Cooperation (2016).
With over 18 years of experience in internal and financial control, Olga contributes to the team with her knowledge of proactive and appropriate risk monitoring and management processes.
She is responsible for risk management, internal audit procedures, and tax compliance. She has also been working for more than 10 years at Modus Group as Director of Tax and Internal Control. Before joining Envolve Capital, Olga was a Senior Auditor in the Audit Department at the State Audit Office of the Republic of Lithuania. She has worked as Audit Project Manager at Grant Thornton and Senior Consultant at EY.
Olga holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Vilnius University. She is a Chartered Internal Auditor and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Additionally, Olga is a certified member of the AML and ICA from 2023.
With more than 12 years of experience gained in various legal projects, Aldona handles fund formation, compliance, and corporate matters. Aldona advises on the applicable legal framework, drafts and oversees compliance programs and reports to regulators, and represents Envolve Capital in dealing with the Bank of Lithuania and other institutions.
Aldona has previously worked as a lawyer at Modus Group for over 6 years. Before that, she provided legal services at ECOVIS law firm.
Aldona holds a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law from Mykolas Romeris University (2011).
Lukas has almost 5 years of experience in M&A transactions, business valuation, and corporate finance. Within Envolve Capital, his responsibilities include valuation and modeling, implementing M&A transactions, and overseeing and coordinating due diligence workstreams.
Previously, he worked as a senior investment analyst at “NDX Group” a senior M&A analyst at “Maxima Grupė”, and a junior accountant at “Baltic Assist”.
Lukas holds a Finance Bachelor’s Degree from ISM University of Management and Economics.
Gabija has over 3 years of experience in corporate finance, project management, financial data analysis and assessment of KYC related risks. Her main responsibilities at Envolve Capital include asset management, cost optimization, operational control and financial planning and reporting.
Previously, she worked as a financial data analyst at Moody’s Investors Service and large corporate support specialist (Real Estate subdivision) at Swedbank Lithuania.
Gabija holds Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Vilnius University and is on track to complete a Master‘s degree in Financial Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics.
Arvydas is an experienced project and technical manager with a strong background in renewable energy, automation and engineering, bringing over 12 years of experience in leading complex projects across various industries. His main responsibilities at Envolve Capital are related to technical due diligence, quality assurance, and operational supervision of renewable energy projects being acquired.
Previously, Arvydas held key roles as project manager at VindoSolar and head of renewable energy department at Energus Group. His career also spans leadership positions at Elektrum Lietuva, Reenpro ir Fima.
Arvydas holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical engineering from Kaunas Technology University (2011) and Master’s degree in control systems from Kaunas University of Technology (2013). He holds a Qualification certificate issued by the State Professional Studies Centre (SPSC).

Clean Energy Infrastructure Fund (CEIF) is a closed-end investment fund for institutional and informed investors. CEIF invests in solar and wind projects in the Baltic States, Poland and other Central European countries. The fund aims to accelerate the region's transition to renewable energy by empowering local renewable energy developers and creating an institutional-level investment platform.
Modus Remote Solar Fund I (MRSFI) is a closed-end investment fund for informed investors. MRSFI invests in solar power operating in Lithuania, whose electricity is sold to businesses.
Modus Poland Solar Fund I (MPSFI) is a closed-end investment fund for informed investors. MPSFI invests in operating solar power plants in Poland, the electricity generated by which is sold on the basis of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or a Contract for Difference (CfD).
Modus Renewable Energy Lithuanian Investments (MRELI) is an investment sub-fund for professional investors. MRELI invests in existing photovoltaic solar power plants in Lithuania. This fund will provide a stable dividend yield, diversification away from conventional asset classes and protection against inflation.
