Envolve Capital is pleased to announce that its Clean Energy Infrastructure Fund has secured PLN 54.9 million (c. EUR 12.9m) in project financing from Alior Bank S.A. to support the construction and long-term operation of three solar photovoltaic projects in Poland, with a total installed capacity of 32.75 MW.
The financing has been granted to two portfolio companies of the Clean Energy Infrastructure Fund, a closed-end investment fund for informed investors managed by Envolve Capital. The funds will be used to complete the development of nearly 33 MW of new solar capacity, further strengthening the Fund’s renewable energy portfolio and contributing to Poland’s energy transition.

“We are excited to cooperate with Alior Bank on this financing package. This transaction underscores our commitment to building a robust portfolio of renewable energy assets and accelerating the energy transition in Poland.
